Rules, student’s conduct and Behavior Guideline

1. Students are expected to be punctual.

2. Students are advised to take leaves with permission of the class teacher.

3. Students are advised to bring the hand book on all working days.

4. Students are encouraged to speak in English other than the language classes.

5. Students are advised not to bring electronic items/mobile phones/costly items / jewelry / sharp objects / harmful objects to school.

6. Medical problems if any are to be brought to the notice of class teacher.

7. Change of Address / Phone Number / Mail ID are to be brought to the notice of class teacher and Admin.

8. Students will be handed over only to the parents / deputed responsible person.

9. Grades and promotion: Certain criteria has been adopted for awarding grades for the pupils on which their promotion is considered, taking into account continuous assessment of the student’s performance during the whole year instead of the final exam alone. This gives an incentive to the student to study from the initial stages itself.

A) Parents are requested to monitor their ward’s academic work regularly.

B) Absence during assessments will not be entertained at any cost. Parents are requested to note that their ward do not absent themselves for trivial reason. If a student absents himself / herself for any of the formative or summative assessments, no re-test shall be conducted. Parents have to abide by the decisions of the school authorities regarding the promotion.

C) Only when the children are sick, parents are granted permission to take their child after assessment, for which a medical certificate is necessary

10. A) Periodical assessment reports will be sent to the parent or guardian to appraise them of the student’s regularity, punctuality, discipline and conduct school.

B) Report cards must be duly acknowledged by the parent or the guardian.

C) Parents are requested to meet the teachers during PTA meeting to review their ward’s progress in connection with their scholastic and non-scholastic performance on the days specified by the school authorities in the premises without fail.

11. Parents can meet the centre director on school working days with prior appointment.

We expect the parents to be co-operative with the school rules and regulation in order to discipline and cultivate with the students.

School uniform Regulations:-

A uniform completes a student! We make sure that each student looks complete and perfect with it. We provide every student with uniforms that look elegant with its simple yet stylish patterns in attractive colours. The school student’s uniform is as follows.

1. All students must come to school in clean and tidy uniform, with ID card provided by the school.

2. Students must wear the uniform provided by the school. Stitching outside will not be allowed.

3. Students are expected to wear the sports uniform on days they have physical education classes.

4. Students must wear the shoes provided by the school. No other models / colours will be entertained.

5. Students will be checked for improper uniform once they step into the school, before going to the class. If found in an untidy uniform or uniform not regularity to the school’s specification, the child will be allowed to enter the class only after the Physical Education Director review him/her.

6. Students must carry their ID Cards to school everyday and no duplication of ID cards will be entertained. If an ID card is lost, a new card must be purchased from the school Admin.

7. Students should be clean and tidy in their person and dress; should clip nails periodically, cut and comb hair neatly.

Girls hair should always be neatly groomed and tied. Any kind of expensive ornaments, makeup, hair colouring, body tattoos, inappropriate hair styling not permissible.
